Plan Upload Request Form

Please complete and submit the following Plan Submission form. Once received, the request will be reviewed by District staff and a link will be sent to securely upload your plans.

This should contain the name of your project
Enter the name of individual or entity who will serve as the primary contact for this project.
Enter the email address for the primary contact
Enter the phone number for the primary contact
Enter the county assigned parcel # for this project. This number should be exactly 12 characters in length.
Enter the address for this project. This should match the address assigned to the county parcel #.
Enter a valid mailing address for this project. This may be different from the address of the parcel number entered above if the project address cannot receive mail. This is the address where any correspondence should be sent.
