Understanding Your BIll

A: Your SERVICES PERIOD shows the start and end date of the current billing cycle. These dates correspond to the days in which the reads were taken off the meter.

C: Total cubic feet (CU FT) used in this billing cycle (subtracting the previous read from the current read). Note: 1 cubic foot is equivalent to 7.48 gallons.

D: Replacement and Rehabilitation (R&R Fixed Fee) is a general service charge for the maintenance of our infrastructure.

E: The City of Lakewood Franchise Fee is charged to use public right-of-ways. The charge is 6% of your billing amount.

F: ALERT is used to communicate important information. This message will change from time to time, depending upon what the District would like to communicate.
